Policy Statement and to whom the policy and conditions apply:
The purpose of this policy of terms and conditions is to provide the criteria for engaging and paying for consultants who provide professional services via Renew Financial Consulting LLC. This policy pertains to any client wishing to obtain professional consulting services from Renew Financial Consulting LLC regardless of the source of funds. The consultants of Renew Financial Consulting LLC are not licensed therapists and therefore do not provide medical advice or determinations. A no charge 30-minute consultation will be scheduled to determine if our services and the clients’ needs are a good fit.
Fees charged will be discussed and made available prior to services being rendered. A partial payment of the fee will be collected upfront when the session is scheduled, and full payment is expected before the service. If the full payment is not collected before the session begins the session may be cancelled at the Coach's discretion. If a scheduled appointment requires cancellation or rescheduling for any reason it must be completed at least 24 hours in advance for partial payment funds to be refunded. The client can reschedule or cancel an appointment via the website, at www.renewfinacialconsulting.net or send an email to renewfinancialconsulting1@gmail.com to cancel only. Preferably all changes are requested to be completed via the company website, renewfinancialconsulting.net. If the appointment is not kept without 24 hours’ notice any paid funds will not be refunded. If the appointment is rescheduled the funds will be applied towards the new scheduled appointment. If multiple consultations are requested or suggested after the initial session, the fee structure for the session will be provided at that time. If the initial service scheduled is changed from the original session or scheduled appointment the fee will be adjusted accordingly and disclosed prior to the session being rendered.
The Group/Event sessions will require a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent of the full cost of service at the time of scheduling. Renew Financial Consulting LLC must receive a reschedule or cancellation request within 10 business days of the scheduled Group/Event session. The request for rescheduling and cancellation must be received via email to renewfiancialconsulting1@gmail.com or phone call to 704-457-9938 during normal business hours set to Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm EST. The Group/Event session must be rescheduled via email or phone within 10 business days of the cancellation date for the funds to be applied towards the new date. If the Group/Event session was paid in full and not rescheduled within the required stated timeframe all funds are subject to be forfeited. If payment in full was received and cancellation was completed as required, all funds will be returned minus the deposit fee. If the Group/Event is not cancelled or rescheduled as required per the stated policy, all funds are subject to be forfeited. Renew Financial Consulting is not responsible for refunding any tickets sold for a Group/Event session unless otherwise stated within the service agreement.
Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, all major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.
Definitions:
Professional Services: Professional and Consulting Services are usually customized services, that utilize specialized intellectual or creative expertise, based on personal skills or ideas of an individual(s) or company that are provided for a fee, which is determined with each customer for each service contract.
Client: A person or persons who engages the professional advice or services of another or organization for a fee.
